Think of them as a combination between an old-school slip, a boxer brief and a bike short: They give you coverage under short or too-sheer outfits, stop your inner thighs from trying to start a forest fire, and light smoothing with no VPL (the word “panties” weirds us out, too). Plus, the knit-in cotton-rich crotch means you can wear them without underwear if you want, eliminating the need for an extra layer.

Thigh Society shorts don’t compress you or suck you in like shapewear. Instead, they’re a lightweight, breathable, sweat-wicking essential you’ll reach for again and again.

Don't roll up but do roll down

The waist band rolls down below my stomach roll and then the pants sag down. It's a mess. I sent a picture to my sister and she said they were the worst shorts she's ever seen. They're the worst shorts I've ever worn, don't recommend wasting your money.

The worst shorts I've worn in a while

I'm so sad to say these roll down every time I bend over. When I walk around, they sag down. I unfortunately learned this while strolling around the city and every block had to pull them up again (they fell down below my belly button to my underwear line, it was rough). Not only are they not functional, but they're also very unflattering. I had a baby a few months ago and it sucks that these shorts make me feel worse when looking at my body (they accentuate lumpiness). Very sad I bought in grey and in black and there's no returns. Definitely do not recommend

Didn’t roll up!

I have thick thighs that gobble up basically every pair of shorts I’ve ever worn, so I was skeptical about how well these would actually work. Turns out, they actually stay put! I made it through an entire 90 minute dance class and didn’t have to readjust them once. As a bonus, they stay mostly dry and also don’t hold onto smell. We’ll see how they last, but I’m a true believer.
