Well, to start, they’re silky smooth under any outfit. But more importantly, if you run hot—and are one of those people who’s constantly setting the thermostat to “meat locker” temperature—these are going to be a revelation.

Our slip shorts are made of hi-tech fabric that lowers the body temperature. (If you want to get geeky about it, the flat cross-section of the yarn offers a wide surface area that quickly releases body heat from your skin.) The yarn texturizing process gives the shorts incredible breathability; the finished ultra-thin fabric is a breeze to wear, literally.

Think of them as a combination between an old-school slip, a boxer brief and a bike short: They give you coverage under short or too-sheer outfits, stop your inner thighs from trying to start a forest fire, and light smoothing with no VPL (the word “panties” weirds us out, too). I bought these after they were recommended to me from a fellow recent FTM for during my pregnancy and I love them! I have worn and washed them multiple times and they seem to be holding up well. I might need to order another pair as I wear them so often and continue to plan on wearing them over the summer. I did size up since I am expecting and they are very comfortable over the bump!

The best so far

Yes, they are a bit expensive but so far, I would say the expense is worth it! They are the thinnest softest material. The stretch is great. They work so well and yes, you can actually forget that your even wearing them. That has never happened with any other brands I have tried. The fact that these don't roll is a game changer. You aren't constantly readjusting these! They stay where you place them. I have always struggled with other brands. They are too tight or they fall down. And don't get me started on the rolling issues of the tops and/or legs. So if you are a big girl like me with serious chub rub issues or a smaller girl that still needs some chub rub help in the summer, these are for you. I love the many color options as well, because we are not all the same color. If you need them for under something thinner, you can get pretty close to your skin color. I will be ordering more in the future.

I didn’t expect underwear to make this much of a difference, but Thigh Society Cooling Panties seriously delivered. The fabric feels incredibly lightweight and breathable, almost like you’re wearing nothing.
